Terms of Use

Last updated October 24, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of kitovate.com and to every purchase you make from Kitovate. The site is owned and operated by Dicrella LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Kitovate", "we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account or buying a kit, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to make a purchase. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

About Kitovate

Kitovate sells digital kits: ready-to-use templates, guides, planners, workbooks, checklists and bundles that help hosts, creators, coaches, students and solopreneurs get organized and make progress faster. All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.

Your account

You can buy as a guest or with an account. An account gives you a downloads library, order history and bookmarks. If you check out as a guest, we may create an account for your email so you can access your downloads later.

  • Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give us accurate information, especially your email address, since that is where your downloads are sent.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Buying kits

  • Prices are shown on each product page in the listed currency. Sale prices apply only for the period shown. Taxes may be added at checkout where required.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
  • Product details: we describe each kit as accurately as we can, including its format and what is included. Preview images may show example content that you will replace with your own.
  • Errors: if a kit is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery and downloads

Kits are delivered digitally. Straight after payment you will see your download links on the confirmation page, and we will email them to you. Your purchases also stay in the downloads library in My account.

Some kits are delivered as a link to a template in a third-party tool, such as Canva, Notion or Google Docs, which you copy into your own account. Downloads may be limited in number or time for security. If you lose access, contact us and we will help.

Your license to use kits

Kitovate and its creators keep ownership of every kit. When you buy one, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download the kit and keep copies for your own use.
  • Edit, customize and adapt it as much as you like.
  • Use it for your own personal projects and your own business, including work you deliver to your own clients or guests, such as a printed welcome book for your rental.

One purchase covers one person or one business. If your team needs to use a kit, please buy a copy for each additional user or contact us about a team license.

What you may not do

Unless we agree in writing, you may not:

  • Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute a kit or its files, whether edited or not.
  • Upload a kit to a marketplace, template library or file-sharing site, or offer it as your own product.
  • Use a kit, or parts of it, to create a competing template, kit or digital product for sale.
  • Claim that you created the original kit.
  • Remove copyright notices or try to get around download limits or other protections.

Third-party tools

Many kits are designed for tools such as Canva, Notion, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. You need your own account with those tools, and their own terms apply. Features, fonts or elements that require a paid plan in those tools are not included in your purchase unless we say so. We are not responsible for changes that third-party tools make to their products.

Refunds

Because kits are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final. We do offer refunds in specific cases, such as a broken file or a duplicate purchase. See our Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.

Our content

The Kitovate name, logo, website design, product descriptions, images and kits are owned by Kitovate or its creators and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Apart from the license above, you may not copy or use them without our permission.

If you believe something on Kitovate infringes your rights, email support@kitovate.com with details and we will look into it promptly.

Acceptable use of the site

Please do not misuse kitovate.com. That includes trying to break into accounts or systems, scraping the site, interfering with its operation, making fraudulent purchases or chargebacks, or using it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

Our kits are tools to help you get organized and make progress. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and results depend on how you use them. Please check that anything you use, such as a contract template or house rules, fits your situation and local laws.

We work to keep the site available and our kits accurate, but to the extent the law allows, the site and kits are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Kitovate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or our kits. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Kitovate and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, for example by sharing or reselling kits, and in that case your license to the affected kits ends.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the consumer laws where you live give you the right to bring a claim locally. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in effect when you made it. We will update the "Last updated" date when the Terms change.
